Herd & farmer management
Each farmer and their herd is enrolled with a unique digital ID. Milk volume, fat %, SNF, and antibiotic test results are logged per collection — creating a longitudinal health and quality record per animal.
BMC collection tracking
Milk collection at each of our bulk milk cooler centres is logged in real time — timestamp, temperature, volume, and initial quality result. Chilling within 45 minutes is enforced and documented.
4-stage quality testing
40 antibiotic, aflatoxin, MBRT, fat, SNF, and adulteration tests run at farm gate, BMC, transit, and central lab — with results logged to the batch record and accessible to the processor on delivery.
Automated farmer payments
Payment per litre is calculated based on fat % and SNF — automatically triggered after BMC entry. Farmers receive direct bank transfers with an SMS confirmation. No cash, no queue, no dispute, no delay.
Processor documentation
Every tanker delivery to a dairy processor is accompanied by a full digital batch record — batch ID, farm source, test results, chain of custody. Milky Mist and other partners access this via iDairy dashboard.
Farmer-facing app
Farmers check their daily milk volumes, quality scores, payments received, and feed guidance from their phone. Integrates with Aayush cattle feed advisory — closing the feed-to-milk quality loop.
